When you book a call through our scheduling link or submit the speaker request form, you provide details such as your name, email address, organisation, event details and anything you choose to include in your message. These forms are hosted by Google (Google Calendar and Google Forms).
• Technical data. As with most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes limited technical information, such as your IP address and request data, to deliver the Site securely and reliably.
• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. No advertising cookies are used, and our fonts are served from our own infrastructure.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to measure how the Site is used. Because these cookies are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent first: when you arrive, a banner lets you accept or decline, and analytics cookies are only set if you accept (we use Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics off by default until you agree). They process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data.
