Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This website, aniattamian.com (the “Site”), is operated by LEMA Collective Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (“LEMA Collective”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we collect and use your personal data when you visit the Site or get in touch, and your rights under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
LEMA Collective Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 15823451), 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, is the data controller for personal data collected through this Site. You can contact us about privacy at info@lemacollective.com.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you book a call through our scheduling link or submit the speaker request form, you provide details such as your name, email address, organisation, event details and anything you choose to include in your message. These forms are hosted by Google (Google Calendar and Google Forms).
- Technical data. As with most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes limited technical information, such as your IP address and request data, to deliver the Site securely and reliably.
- Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors come from. No advertising cookies are used, and our fonts are served from our own infrastructure.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to measure how the Site is used. Because these cookies are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent first: when you arrive, a banner lets you accept or decline, and analytics cookies are only set if you accept (we use Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics off by default until you agree). You can change your choice at any time by clearing the cookies in your browser. Analytics data is processed by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy.
How we use it, and our legal bases
- To respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential booking and provide the information or services you ask for, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a speaking and consultancy business, and/or to take steps to enter into a contract with you.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site, on the basis of legitimate interests.
- To comply with our legal obligations.
- Where we rely on your consent (for example, if you opt in to updates), you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the Site and handle enquiries, including Google (Google Forms and Google Calendar for the speaker request form and bookings, and Google Analytics for usage measurement) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). They process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own privacy policies. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
International transfers
Some providers (such as Google and Cloudflare) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards, such as UK-approved standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking correspondence only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided and to meet our legal and record-keeping requirements, after which we delete it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access your data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@lemacollective.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Children
This Site is intended for a professional audience and is not directed at children.
Other websites
This Site links to third-party sites (such as LEMA Collective, social platforms and our booking and form providers). We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always appear on this page with the “last updated” date above.
