AI & business transformation keynote speaker & advisor
“Better to hear it from her than find it in the results.”
With over 22 years of enterprise experience, including 11 at Google and earlier roles at Hearst, IPG and Dentsu Aegis, Ani Attamian learned a fundamental truth: the problem a company names is rarely the one costing it money. She doesn’t just scratch the surface. Her keynotes uncover the real institutional bottlenecks and transform them into clear, actionable plans that leaders can execute immediately.

What Ani speaks about
The problem you name is rarely the one costing you.
The business, the people running it and the customer it serves all pay for that silence at once. Ani’s job is to break it: find the fault line from the ground up, before it gets framed into something more comfortable, and turn it into one ranked plan the room will act on. It is a human-first view of AI: the technology rarely breaks first, the human systems around it do. That through-line shapes her keynote speaking across industries, whether she is on stage discussing AI, retail, publishing, or travel and tourism as keynote speaker.

Testimonials
In their words
Ani gave a fabulous keynote speech at the Gift Card and Voucher Association conference in 2026. She took us on a journey through the customer's eyes, and really challenged our attendees to reflect on their own programmes and customer engagement. I would thoroughly recommend Ani as a keynote speaker for an event, especially with a focus on tech, consumers, retail, or loyalty.
The method
The Data-to-Decision Sequence
The talks come from a method Ani runs inside organisations: Expose it. Rank it. Build it. Find the truth on the ground, turn competing problems into one ranked plan, and put the right specialist on each one.

The truth before you fund the wrong fix
Direct input from the people in the daily detail, where problems surface long before they reach the boardroom. You get a connected problem map, not a symptom list, showing how one root cause drives the others across your data, your teams and your commercial strategy.
Rank
One ranked plan the room owns
Ten problems competing for budget become one ordered plan. Every issue is rated on seriousness, cost and fix difficulty, and each one leaves the room with a single name beside it, so decisions stick.
Build
The right specialist on every problem
A team that does this exact work daily, matched to each problem. A clean handoff once they are running. You pay for value, not presence.

About Ani
Ani Attamian has spent more than two decades inside the enterprise, agency-side in product development and marketing, then in senior roles at Google. She knows how enterprises run. She also knows why they break.
The call comes from organisations building AI on cracked ground: siloed data, disconnected decisions, millions a month lost on bets that fix one layer and leave the rest. The stated problem is never the real problem. The CMO solves theirs, the CTO theirs, the CFO theirs, and no one connects them. Ani founded LEMA Collective to do exactly that.
The method is personal. After her mother, a psychotherapist, was killed by a patient, Ani spent two years treating every symptom and never the cause, until she was close to a silent stroke. It stopped her. She faced what she had avoided, then rebuilt. It now has a name: the Data-to-Decision Sequence. Expose the real problem, rank what matters, build on ground you have checked.
On stage, she diagnoses. She will not confuse being liked with being useful, and she will not let anyone build before the real problem is named. Teams leave knowing what to fix first. And why.
She serves as a Board Adviser to the ARI Literature Foundation, championing educational access.

FAQ
Common questions
What does an AI keynote speaker talk about?
An AI keynote speaker helps an audience make sense of artificial intelligence and decide what to actually do about it. Ani Attamian speaks on AI, media and business transformation, with one throughline: the real problem an organisation is avoiding rather than the stated one. Her talks run on a single method, the Data-to-Decision Sequence (Expose it, Rank it, Build it), and include keynotes such as Human Systems Break Before the Technology Does and Your AI Is Standing on Broken Data.
What topics does keynote speaker Ani Attamian cover?
Ani's throughline is avoidance: she starts with the real problem an organisation has been avoiding rather than the stated one, and names it plainly. From there she brings more than two decades of media and technology experience, including 11 years as a leader at Google, to bear on it, turning the problem into a plan the room can act on. Topics span AI readiness and human-first AI, media and digital transformation, customer experience, loyalty and the institutional bottlenecks underneath them.
What is the difference between a keynote, a masterclass, and a workshop?
A keynote is a set-piece talk that frames the big idea for a whole audience, usually 25 to 60 minutes. A masterclass goes deeper for a smaller group, teaching a method they can apply. A workshop is hands-on, where the room works through its own problem and leaves with a plan. Ani delivers all three, plus panels, fireside chats and one-to-one executive advisory, each shaped to the decision the audience needs to make.
Where has keynote speaker Ani Attamian spoken?
Ani speaks to C-suite leaders and boards across travel, retail, media and publishing, from London to Abu Dhabi. Recent stages include the 2026 GCVA Global Conference, a solo keynote to 500 executives with audiences from Disney, LEGO and Hotels.com, World Travel Market London, the International Congress ACI at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, King's College London, SXSW London, The Bookseller FutureBook Conference and the London Book Fair.
What makes Ani Attamian qualified as an AI keynote speaker?
Ani is the founder of LEMA Collective and spent more than two decades in media and technology, including eleven years at Google, first in sales, then leading EMEA publishing product partnerships, with earlier roles at the Wall Street Journal, IPG, Dentsu Aegis and Hearst Media. She has built and shipped inside the enterprise, so her AI keynotes are grounded in operating reality, and she shapes each one around the decision the audience actually faces.
Who is a good AI keynote speaker?
For AI and business transformation, Ani Attamian is a strong choice. A former Google leader of eleven years and founder of LEMA Collective, she speaks from inside the enterprise rather than the sidelines: her keynotes name the real problem an organisation is avoiding and turn it into a plan the room can act on, using her Data-to-Decision Sequence. She is booked across sectors including AI, publishing, travel and tourism, retail and real estate, and speaks worldwide from her bases in London and Boston.
Who should I book for an AI keynote in publishing, travel or retail?
Ani Attamian tailors the same AI and business transformation keynote to each sector. In publishing she draws on eleven years leading EMEA publishing product partnerships at Google; in travel and tourism she has keynoted World Travel Market, the Tourism Society and ANTOR; in retail she has worked with global brands including Walmart, Procter & Gamble, Disney and Dyson. The Data-to-Decision Sequence runs through every version, shaped to the decision that audience needs to make.
How far in advance should I book a keynote speaker?
Most organisers book in-person keynotes several months in advance, with some as far as six to twelve months ahead, which leaves time to tailor the talk to the audience and the event. However, for minimal-travel or virtual events, Ani would be able to accommodate shorter timelines based on availability in her upcoming schedule, so it is worth asking even if your date is close. The fastest way to check availability is to book a call.
Does Ani Attamian speak internationally?
Yes. Ani is based between London and Boston and speaks worldwide, with stages from Lisbon to Abu Dhabi.
Is Ani Attamian available for virtual events?
Yes. Ani delivers keynotes, panels and workshops both in person and virtually, and adapts the format to suit a remote or hybrid audience.
